Vendor Additional Terms and Conditions
The St. Patrick's Day Parade of Tucson, Inc. committee reserves the right to reject any application by returning all fees submitted by the applicant. By completing the application and submitting it and the required fees, the applicant agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions as set forth herein.
All applicants must comply with all federal, state, and local statutes, laws ordinances, and rules, and comply with all regulations and rules of any and all federal, state, and local regulatory agencies, bodies, and authorities.
Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the St. Patrick's Day Parade of Tucson, Inc., and its agents, servants, employees, affiliates and volunteers, and the City of Tucson from all claims (whether valid or invalid), suits, judgments, proceedings, damages, costs, and expenses, of any kind and nature whatsoever (including reasonable attorney's fees) for which the St. Patrick's Day Parade of Tucson, Inc., and it's agents, servants, employees, affiliates and volunteers, may become liable by reason of vendor's actions and/or inactions.
Insurance Requirements Vendor must submit to the vendor committee a written verification ("Evidence of Insurance" form) from its insurance company that it has at least one million dollars liability coverage and has named "St Patrick's Day Parade of Tucson, Inc." as an Additional Insured on the policy for this event, prior to set-up. The Evidence of Insurance must include the following information: - Name of the insurance company and/or producer/agent/broker- Policy number- Mame of vendor participating in our festival ("Insured")- Valid dates of coverage - Amount of general liability insurance coverage. (Note: Vendors are responsible for their own property damage coverage if any.)- Additional Insured endorsement in favor of "St. Patrick's Day Parade of Tucson, Inc."
The vendor agrees that all booths shall reflect good taste and Irish custom and that no political statements, inappropriate dress or behavior, disruption of the event, violation of parade and/or festival rules, or disregarding the instructions of the Parade Marshalls and/or the Vendor Committee will be accepted. Any literature to be distributed by a vendor is subject to the approval of the Vendor Committee. Violation of any of these terms is cause for ejection from the event without refund, and the compliance, acceptance, rejection, or ejection of a vendor is at the sole judgment and discretion of the Vendor Committee.
The vendor agrees that one or more photographs of the booth may appear on the St. Patrick's Day Parade of Tucson, Inc. website and future St. Patrick's Day Parade of Tucson, Inc. publications, and all pictures shall be the sole property of St. Patrick's Day Parade of Tucson, Inc.
This vendor agreement may not be assigned or transferred by the vendor.
